Tündérkert '97 Kft. provides comprehensive horticultural and landscape gardening services. Since its establishment, our company has been engaged in building small gardens, park maintenance works, large landscape gardening projects, playground-, park- and sports grounds constructions, using in several cases one of the most popular playground and sporting surface: the wet pour rubber surface.
In addition to the shock absorbing feature of the wet pour rubber surface, its freely ductile finish offers also wide range of possibilities both functionally and aesthetically for our customers, designers and building contractors to create a shock absorbing surface. The wet pour rubber surface is laid on crashed stone base in two layers. The thickness of the pervious base layer – SBR –, recycled rubber granules are produced according to the height of the leaning. The wear resistant, material-dyed (-stained, -colored), synthetic caoutchouc – EPDM – grist is laid in 10 – 15 mm thickness over the base layer. The EPDM layer is a homogeneous, UV-resistant, easily cleanable, pervious surface, which preserves its flexibility for many years and protects the children from injuries. The wearing surface can be laid in various colors. Patterns, graphics, cartoon characters, dimensional sculptures matching to the playground’s spirit and function, can be used to create a more exciting surface and playtime for children. Besides its shock absorbing function, the material can be used in various other fields. The EPDM surface is a very popular material for multifunctional sport – MUGA – and recreation surfaces. It provides excellent protection from serious injuries for its users, and the sound-absorbing effect of the rubber surface lightens the noise load around the field, which is particularly important in housing estates. Tündérkert ’97 Kft.ʼs cast rubber surfaces fulfill the legal MSZ EN 1177:2008 standard.
